Ms. Dallas is an independent instructional design consultant with over 30 years of experience in higher education serving in a variety of programming, instructional and technical roles. She has developed over 120 online, hybrid, blended and traditional learning courses and instructional activities incorporating best practices to aid faculty and students in their teaching and learning goals. She specializes in the design, development and use of instructional technology systems and in the direct and remote delivery of training to a variety of learners. These systems entail advanced software, hardware, web-conferencing and use of both print and video instructional tools.
