Matt Williams
Director of Operations, INCIL
Matt Williams serves as the Director of Operations for the Illinois Network of Centers for Independent Living (INCIL). A graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, IL, Matt’s career has focused primarily on small business management and nonprofit operations. Matt volunteers with his local SCORE chapter – helping small business owners and entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. INCIL is the statewide association in Illinois for Centers for Independent Living – a collection of 22 nonprofit organizations that serve the needs of people with disabilities within their communities.
